- Innovation Leadership: Spearhead Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives for emerging tech stacks, validating feasibility before full-scale deployment.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, resilient, and secure systems that can withstand the demands of a post-silicon era.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical visions into actionable roadmaps for executive leadership and engineering teams.
- Future-Proofing: Identify regulatory, ethical, and operational risks associated with next-gen technologies and develop mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system engineering, or product strategy with a proven track record of innovation.
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent extensive experience).
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of AI/ML frameworks, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and Blockchain fundamentals.
- Vision: Exceptional ability to anticipate market shifts and conceptualize solutions 5-10 years into the future.
- Communication: Superior presentation skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and C-suite executives.
