Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech adoption
- Analyze emerging tech trends (neuromorphic computing, biotech interfaces, decentralized systems)
- Partner with C-suite to align technology investments with business objectives
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab focused on 2026+ capabilities
- Drive patent development and intellectual property strategy for next-gen technologies
- Establish governance frameworks for responsible AI and autonomous systems deployment
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record scaling AI/ML or quantum computing initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (neuromorphic, biotech, decentralized systems)
- Certification in technology architecture or futures forecasting (e.g., CTO, Foresight Professional)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems and ethical AI
- Published thought leadership on 2026+ technology trends
- Strong background in venture capital or corporate innovation incubation
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
