Responsibilities
- Architect & Design: Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of scalable AI infrastructure capable of supporting enterprise-level demands.
- R&D Leadership: Drive research into emerging technologies, specifically focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs), Reinforcement Learning, and Predictive Analytics.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize models for latency, throughput, and cost-efficiency.
- Strategic Vision: Define the technical roadmap for AI integration, ensuring alignment with business goals and future 2026 trends.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineers to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
- Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring junior data scientists and engineers.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, AI, or Data Science.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and SQL. Deep understanding of Transformer architectures and NLP.
- Tools: Experience with MLOps platforms (e.g., Kubernetes, MLflow) and cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
