Responsibilities
- Define the comprehensive technical roadmap for the 2026 AI architecture, focusing on AGI readiness and scalability.
- Design and implement high-performance neural network architectures optimized for edge computing and massive parallelism.
- Lead the research and development of autonomous agent workflows capable of complex, multi-step reasoning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate cutting-edge AI models into production environments.
- Establish governance frameworks and ethical guidelines for AI safety and bias mitigation.
- Present technical strategies to executive stakeholders and guide the adoption of emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, and software engineering.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale AI systems that handle millions of transactions daily.
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor senior engineers and drive technical vision.
