As part of our elite Talent Acquisition team, you will play a pivotal role in defining our hiring culture and scaling our engineering and product divisions. You will not just recruit; you will build relationships, drive employer branding, and be the face of NexaTech to the world's best developers and engineers.
Responsibilities
- End-to-End Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing strategies and creative networking techniques to identify, engage, and attract passive candidates for critical technical roles.
- Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute robust recruitment plans that align with business objectives, focusing on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct rigorous technical and behavioral interviews, providing a world-class candidate experience while assessing cultural fit.
- Closing & Negotiation: Lead the negotiation process, manage offers, and secure top talent by articulating the NexaTech vision and total rewards package.
- Market Intelligence: Maintain a deep understanding of the tech market landscape, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities to advise leadership on hiring strategies.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with Hiring Managers and Engineering Leads to understand technical requirements and ensure a seamless hiring process.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, specifically within the SaaS, FinTech, or AI sectors.
- Sourcing Mastery: Proven track record of successfully recruiting hard-to-fill positions (e.g., Full Stack, Cloud Architects, Machine Learning Engineers) using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and niche communities.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical requirements into compelling value propositions.
- ATS Proficiency: Deep expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and HR analytics tools.
- Cultural Fit: A high degree of emotional intelligence, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, remote-first culture.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
