Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical architecture for the 2025 and 2026 strategic roadmap, ensuring scalability and resilience.
- Lead the design of high-performance microservices and distributed systems using cloud-native technologies.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Mentor and guide mid-to-senior level engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Oversee system security, compliance, and performance optimization across all production environments.
- Drive technical decision-making processes and evaluate emerging technologies to keep the stack future-proof.
- Act as a key stakeholder in architectural reviews and code quality assurance initiatives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and 5+ years in a technical leadership/architectural role.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of designing and implementing large-scale, fault-tolerant systems.
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages (Python, Java, Go, or TypeScript).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible), and agile methodologies.
- Relevant certification (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, TOGAF) is a plus.
