Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-scale distributed systems and microservices architectures.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to define features and improve user experience.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations to improve application speed and scalability.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Java.
- Extensive experience with React or Node.js for front-end or full-stack development.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
