We are looking for a visionary Senior SEO Specialist to lead our organic growth strategy. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving organic traffic, improving domain authority, and optimizing conversion rates across all our digital touchpoints. You will work closely with engineering, content, and product teams to ensure our technical foundation is rock-solid and our content strategy is second to none.
Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify and resolve crawl errors, site speed issues, and structured data opportunities.
- Develop and execute high-level content strategies that align with user intent and search engine algorithms.
- Manage and oversee all off-page SEO activities, including high-quality link building campaigns and influencer outreach.
- Analyze complex data sets using Google Analytics, Search Console, and proprietary tools to measure KPIs and report on ROI.
- Collaborate with developers to implement schema markup, AMP pages, and mobile optimization strategies.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify market gaps and new keyword opportunities.
- Mentor junior marketers and provide ongoing training on SEO best practices and algorithm updates.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a track record of significantly increasing organic traffic and rankings.
- Strong technical understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and server-side rendering (SSR/SSG).
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
- Experience with website performance optimization and Core Web Vitals.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
