Responsibilities
- Technical SEO: Conduct comprehensive website audits to identify and fix crawl errors, improve site speed, and enhance mobile usability to meet Core Web Vitals standards.
- Keyword Strategy: Lead the end-to-end keyword research process to identify high-value opportunities and long-tail phrases that drive targeted traffic.
- Content Optimization: Collaborate with content creators and copywriters to optimize web pages, ensuring they are rich in relevant keywords while maintaining high-quality user experience.
- Link Building: Develop and execute white-hat link-building strategies to improve domain authority and boost search rankings.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor search performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console; generate detailed monthly reports to demonstrate ROI and key performance indicators.
- Competitor Analysis: Regularly analyze competitor strategies and SERP landscapes to identify gaps and opportunities for our brand.
Qualifications
- Experience: 4+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a track record of improving organic traffic for mid-to-large sized websites.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and server-side rendering (SSR/CSR) concepts.
- Tools: Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
- Analytics: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
