Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
- Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits to identify and resolve website performance issues, including Core Web Vitals.
- Lead keyword research and competitor analysis to uncover high-value opportunities.
- Optimize on-page content and meta tags to align with search intent and user experience best practices.
- Manage link-building campaigns and monitor domain authority growth.
- Collaborate with the content and development teams to implement schema markup and structured data.
- Monitor search algorithm updates and adapt strategies to maintain market leadership.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in SEO, preferably in a fast-paced agency or high-growth startup environment.
- Proven track record of improving organic rankings and driving significant traffic growth.
- Deep understanding of Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
- Familiarity with technical SEO concepts such as site architecture, site speed optimization, and mobile-first indexing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience with AI-driven SEO tools is a plus.
