Responsibilities
- Technical SEO Leadership: Conduct comprehensive site audits and implement schema markup, structured data, and crawl budget optimization strategies.
- Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute enterprise-level SEO strategies that align with business goals and drive organic traffic growth.
- Content Optimization: Collaborate with content teams to develop keyword strategies, optimize landing pages, and enhance user intent alignment.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics, Search Console, and proprietary tools; provide monthly actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Link Building: Lead off-page SEO efforts, managing outreach campaigns and building high-authority backlink profiles.
- A/B Testing: Experiment with meta tags, headlines, and page layouts to improve click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates.
- Competitive Analysis: Analyze competitor movements and market gaps to identify new opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a demonstrated history of increasing organic traffic by 30%+ year-over-year.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in technical SEO tools (e.g., Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz), HTML/CSS, and basic understanding of JavaScript and site architecture.
- Analytics: Strong command of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical data into actionable business strategies for non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications: Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications are a plus.
- Language: Native or professional proficiency in English.
