Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building campaigns.
- Technical SEO: Conduct rigorous website audits to identify and fix technical issues, improve site speed, and ensure proper indexing for maximum crawlability.
- Content Strategy: Partner with content creators to optimize landing pages, blog posts, and digital assets for search intent and user experience.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console; provide monthly reports with actionable insights and growth strategies.
- Competitive Analysis: Analyze competitor strategies and market trends to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior SEO analysts and foster a culture of continuous learning and best practices within the marketing team.
Qualifications
- Experience: 4+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a track record of improving organic search rankings and driving significant traffic growth.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and how they impact SEO; proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or Screaming Frog.
