Your Role
As the Senior SEO Specialist, you will own the SEO roadmap, ensuring our clients achieve top rankings and maximize ROI through sustainable, white-hat tactics.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues affecting crawlability and indexation.
- Develop and execute data-driven keyword strategies to drive high-intent traffic to client websites.
- Lead link-building campaigns and outreach initiatives to build high-quality, authoritative backlinks.
- Collaborate closely with content creators and web developers to optimize on-page elements and site architecture.
- Monitor performance metrics using Google Analytics, Search Console, and third-party tools to report on KPIs and ROI.
- Stay abreast of the latest Google algorithm updates and industry trends to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Deep technical knowledge of SEO, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and schema markup.
- Expert proficiency with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing a team or mentoring junior SEO analysts is a plus.
