- Technical SEO Leadership: Conduct in-depth technical audits to identify and resolve crawlability, indexing, and site speed issues.
- Keyword Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive keyword research strategies to target high-intent search terms and capture market share.
- On-Page Optimization: Oversee the optimization of landing pages, ensuring content is structured for both users and search engine crawlers.
- Link Building: Lead outreach and relationship-building efforts to acquire high-quality backlinks from authoritative domains.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics and Search Console to report on ROI and refine strategies.
- Content Collaboration: Partner with content teams to ensure all published assets are SEO-optimized and aligned with user intent.
- Competitive Analysis: Continuously analyze competitor strategies to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven success in SEO, with a focus on technical SEO and content strategy.
- Tools: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and site architecture.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex data to stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Certifications: Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications are highly preferred.
- Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and think critically to solve SEO challenges.
