Responsibilities
- Technical SEO Leadership: Conduct deep-dive audits to identify and fix site architecture, crawlability, and indexing issues.
- Content Strategy: Partner with content teams to develop keyword-rich, user-centric strategies that align with search intent.
- Link Building: Execute a white-hat link acquisition strategy to boost domain authority and organic visibility.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor performance metrics in Google Search Console and Analytics, producing actionable weekly and monthly reports.
- Competitor Analysis: Continuously analyze market trends and competitor movements to stay ahead of algorithm updates.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with web developers and product managers to implement SEO best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in SEO, with a proven track record of driving organic traffic growth.
- Deep technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and how they impact search indexing.
- Expert proficiency in tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Google Analytics 4.
- Strong understanding of Google's E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) guidelines.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- Experience in the SaaS or B2B technology sector is highly preferred.
