Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Mastery: Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify crawlability, indexability, and site speed issues, implementing fixes in collaboration with development teams.
- Strategy & Content: Develop and execute data-driven SEO strategies that align with business goals, partnering with content creators to optimize for search intent and user experience.
- Link Building: Lead high-impact off-page SEO campaigns, building high-authority backlinks through white-hat outreach and relationship management.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversion rates using Google Analytics 4 and Search Console; produce actionable monthly reports.
- Competitive Intelligence: Perform in-depth competitor analysis to uncover market gaps and emerging opportunities for our clients.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior SEO analysts and conduct internal training sessions on the latest algorithm updates and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in SEO, with a track record of improving organic rankings for major brands.
- Technical Skill: Deep understanding of HTML/CSS, robots.txt, XML sitemaps, schema markup, and Core Web Vitals.
- Tool Proficiency: Expertise in Google Search Console, Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
