Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record publishing in Nature/Science or IEEE journals
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (superconducting, ion traps, photonics)
- Strong background in machine learning and computational complexity
- Ability to secure $1M+ in research funding annually
