Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical systems with 99.99% reliability
- Research and integrate emerging quantum hardware technologies (superconducting, photonic, topological)
- Develop quantum-safe encryption protocols for critical infrastructure
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and publish breakthrough research
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or advanced quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerance protocols
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and high-performance computing
- Publication record in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Experience with quantum hardware integration (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Deep understanding of post-quantum cryptography standards (NIST PQC)
