Responsibilities
- Architectural Design: Design and implement scalable, high-performance quantum computing architectures tailored for AI model training and inference.
- System Integration: Integrate quantum processors with classical cloud infrastructure to optimize data throughput and reduce latency.
- Security Protocols: Develop and deploy advanced cryptographic protocols to ensure data integrity and security in a post-quantum era.
- Team Leadership: Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, engineers, and researchers in the design and execution of complex technical projects.
- R&D Leadership: Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging trends in quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, and edge AI.
- Process Optimization: Establish best practices for code review, CI/CD pipelines, and system monitoring within the Project 2026 ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture and quantum computing environments.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust. Deep understanding of TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum SDKs (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Cloud Expertise: Extensive experience designing solutions on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) with a focus on serverless and containerized architectures.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, undefined problems in high-stakes environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
