Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Lead the end-to-end architectural design of scalable quantum-enhanced AI systems and high-performance computing clusters.
- Innovation Leadership: Pioneer new algorithms for predictive analytics and autonomous decision-making systems for the energy and logistics sectors.
- System Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning models into secure, cloud-native production environments.
- Talent Development: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Performance Optimization: Ensure system reliability, security, and performance at scale, optimizing for latency and throughput.
- Strategic Planning: Define technical roadmaps and best practices for the integration of quantum computing technologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field (AI/Quantum specialization preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, machine learning, and high-scale system design.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or PyQuil).
- Cloud Mastery: Deep understanding of distributed systems and major cloud infrastructure providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Language: Fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
