We are looking for a strategic leader to manage complex timelines, multi-million dollar budgets, and diverse stakeholders across the country.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle for stadium infrastructure upgrades and technology implementations.
- Coordinate with international stakeholders, local government bodies, and private vendors to ensure seamless execution.
- Manage multi-million dollar budgets and enforce strict adherence to safety and compliance standards.
- Lead risk management strategies to mitigate potential delays in the pre-tournament timeline.
- Facilitate cross-functional teams including civil engineers, IT specialists, and security personnel.
- Present progress reports to executive leadership and FIFA oversight committees.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing large-scale capital projects or event infrastructure.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is required.
- Excellent command of English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to travel frequently between host cities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Business Administration.
