Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of the Project 2026 core infrastructure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.
- AI Model Integration: Lead the integration of advanced machine learning models into production environments, optimizing for latency and inference accuracy.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for the AI platform, evaluating emerging technologies and frameworks to stay ahead of industry standards.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, conducting code reviews, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and security experts to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor system performance and implement best practices for cloud resource management and cost efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural role focusing on AI/ML systems.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and modern machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX).
- Cloud Expertise: Proven experience designing scalable systems on AWS, GCP, or Azure, including containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, large-scale technical challenges with innovative solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
