Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for the upcoming strategic roadmap, defining vision, scope, and measurable success metrics.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct deep market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential risks for the 2026 landscape.
- Agile Leadership: Lead cross-functional agile teams, including engineering, design, and data science, to deliver high-quality, scalable software solutions on time.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex product strategies and roadmaps effectively to executive stakeholders and the broader organization.
- Innovation & Research: Drive product adoption through user research, feedback loops, and the integration of next-gen technologies like AI/ML.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior product managers and foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with a proven track record of successfully launching B2B or SaaS products.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical product roadmaps with a focus on long-term scalability.
- Technical Fluency: Solid understanding of software development life cycles, agile methodologies, and API integration.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Experience with AI, machine learning, or emerging tech integration is highly preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
