Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the product vision and strategy for the 2026 Horizon Initiative.
- Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and data science to deliver high-impact features.
- Conduct deep market analysis to anticipate trends and validate product hypotheses.
- Manage the full product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring milestones are met.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
- Drive the prioritization of the backlog to maximize business value.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Leadership roles.
- Proven track record of launching successful software products in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML architectures and blockchain fundamentals.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience working with agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
