Responsibilities
- Lead the Architecture: Design and oversee the scalable architecture for Project 2026, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Prototype & Iterate: Rapidly prototype new features and iterate based on user feedback to drive product-market fit.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with UX designers, data scientists, and product managers to translate business goals into technical solutions.
- Code Quality: Establish and enforce coding standards, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior engineers to maintain a culture of excellence.
- Technical Debt Management: Identify and refactor legacy systems to ensure the longevity and agility of the product roadmap.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize application performance, reducing latency and improving load times for global users.
- Future-Proofing: Stay ahead of emerging technologies (AI, Web3, Edge Computing) and integrate them into the Project 2026 roadmap.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development with a strong focus on frontend engineering.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, and modern cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Architecture: Deep understanding of system design, microservices, and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex engineering challenges under tight deadlines.
- Adaptability: A growth mindset with a passion for learning and implementing new technologies.
