Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design strategy for The 2026 Initiative, ensuring seamless user journeys across all digital touchpoints.
- Conduct deep-dive user research and competitive analysis to validate design hypotheses before implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (AI Researchers, Engineers, Product Managers) to translate strategic goals into actionable design specifications.
- Develop high-fidelity prototypes and interactive mockups using Figma and advanced prototyping tools.
- Mentor junior designers and establish a scalable design system that supports rapid iteration.
- Advocate for accessibility (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design principles in every pixel.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional product design experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating advanced UI/UX skills.
- Proven experience designing for emerging technologies, including AI interfaces, AR/VR, or Spatial Computing.
- Expert proficiency in Figma, with a demonstrated ability to create complex design systems and component libraries.
- Strong understanding of information architecture and data visualization for complex datasets.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
