Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Translate high-level business strategies into concrete technical roadmaps, defining milestones and deliverables for the 2026 timeframe.
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of robust, scalable microservices and cloud-native architectures capable of handling enterprise-grade growth.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor engineering teams, enforce coding standards, and drive best practices in software design and deployment.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and ensure alignment across product, engineering, and marketing departments.
- Future-Proofing: Identify emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Readiness, Advanced Cloud) and evaluate their integration into our current architecture.
- Cost Optimization: Analyze infrastructure spend and architecture performance to ensure maximum ROI and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 3 years in a Senior Product Architect or Technical Lead role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Technologies: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization (Kubernetes/Docker), and modern programming languages (Python, Go, Java).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of leading product strategy for long-term horizons (5+ years) with a focus on scalability and innovation.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical strategies to diverse audiences.
- Agile Mindset: Experience working in agile environments, driving continuous delivery, and iterative improvement.
