Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and algorithms to solve real-world business problems.
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI models into production environments.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and scalability using distributed computing frameworks.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership within the data science team.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and model evaluation to validate performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in Deep Learning, NLP, and Computer Vision to apply novel techniques to our products.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning and data engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of statistical modeling and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of delivering complex machine learning systems from conception to deployment.
