Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement the high-level architecture for Project 2026, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security across distributed systems.
- Technical Strategy: Define technical roadmaps and best practices for engineering teams, aligning technology stack decisions with long-term business goals.
- System Optimization: Oversee the optimization of core systems, reducing latency and improving throughput for high-volume data processing.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor senior and junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and innovation.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary technical point of contact for stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a lead or architectural role.
- Core Tech Stack: Deep proficiency in languages such as Python, Go, or Rust, and frameworks like Kubernetes and Docker.
- Distributed Systems: Proven experience designing and managing large-scale, distributed systems.
- Cloud Expertise: Strong understanding of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform architecture and services.
