Qualifications
- Master's degree in Innovation Management, Technology Strategy, or related field; PhD preferred.
- 12+ years in strategic innovation with proven track record of scaling breakthrough initiatives.
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, AR/VR, synthetic biology).
- Experience leading cross-geographic teams and managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets.
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
- Strong stakeholder management experience with C-suite and board-level communication.
- Certification in Design Thinking, Lean Startup, or similar innovation methodology.
