Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional sprints with R&D, product, and venture capital teams
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies via patent analysis and academic partnerships
- Design future-proof business models for exponential growth scenarios
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Mentor innovation fellows through our FutureLab accelerator program
- Collaborate with futurists at Singularity University and MIT Media Lab
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology consulting
- Proven track record launching products with 5+ year market impact
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Proficiency in scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 500+ professionals
- Published thought leadership in tech or business journals
- Certification in Futures Thinking (preferred)
