Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop evidence-based future scenarios and strategic roadmaps for product innovation and business transformation
- Champion cross-functional innovation initiatives from concept to market launch
- Establish KPI frameworks for tracking innovation maturity and future-readiness
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and external partners
- Build and lead a global network of futurists and innovation thought leaders
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging trends and future-proofing strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years experience in innovation strategy, R&D, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating future insights into commercial success
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures narratives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-oriented projects
