Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic vision for Project 2026, defining clear milestones, deliverables, and success metrics.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging technologies and competitive threats.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate high-level strategy into technical execution plans.
- Oversee the creation and management of innovation labs focused on AI, automation, and predictive analytics.
- Communicate complex strategic initiatives to diverse stakeholders, ensuring alignment across C-suite and regional teams.
- Pilot new technologies internally to de-risk adoption and drive organizational change.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or technology consulting.
- Proven track record of leading multi-functional teams in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
- Deep technical understanding of current and future tech stacks, including Cloud Computing and Machine Learning.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable business intelligence.
- Strong executive presence and communication skills, capable of presenting to boards and investors.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Computer Science, or a related field is highly preferred.
