Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 Technology Strategy, defining clear milestones and deliverables for AI integration.
- Lead cross-functional workshops with engineering, product, and design teams to translate high-level concepts into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Conduct in-depth feasibility studies and risk assessments for emerging AI technologies (e.g., LLMs, Computer Vision).
- Oversee the roadmap for our upcoming 'Sentient Assistant' product line, ensuring alignment with 2026 market trends.
- Present complex technical strategies to C-level executives and stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
- Identify gaps in our current tech stack and propose solutions to future-proof our infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Strategic Tech Planning, AI Development, or Product Management within a high-growth tech environment.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning algorithms, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Generative AI architectures.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading teams and managing large-scale strategic projects from conception to launch.
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
