Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical AI governance frameworks compliant with emerging federal regulations
- Conduct algorithmic bias audits and risk assessments for generative AI models
- Lead cross-functional working groups on AI transparency and explainability initiatives
- Develop corporate policies for responsible AI deployment in regulated industries
- Represent Nexus Dynamics in industry coalitions on AI ethics and safety standards
- Train engineering teams on ethical AI development practices
- Monitor global regulatory trends and adapt compliance strategies proactively
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Philosophy, Law, or related field with specialization in AI ethics
- 5+ years of experience in AI governance, compliance, or tech ethics roles
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging US federal AI regulations
- Proven track record of developing enterprise-wide AI ethics frameworks
- Experience with algorithmic bias mitigation techniques and fairness metrics
- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences
- Published work in AI ethics or participation in major AI governance initiatives
