Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, train, and fine-tune proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) tailored for enterprise applications.
- System Architecture: Architect scalable Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to enhance model accuracy and reduce hallucinations.
- Ethical AI: Implement robust guardrails and safety measures to ensure responsible AI deployment.
- Optimization: Optimize model inference latency and reduce operational costs for high-volume production environments.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to translate technical concepts into business value.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in building production-grade machine learning systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow; deep understanding of Transformer architectures.
- Language Model Expertise: Hands-on experience with fine-tuning LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, LLaMA) and deploying via APIs.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, unstructured data problems.
