Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Vision, identifying key emerging trends that impact our business model.
- Lead high-impact research initiatives into Quantum Computing, Generative AI, and Web3 protocols.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering leadership to translate futuristic concepts into actionable 2026 roadmaps.
- Mentor a team of engineers and strategists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Manage the budget for R&D initiatives and evaluate new technology vendors and partnerships.
- Present strategic recommendations to the C-Suite and Board of Directors.
- Drive the integration of sustainable tech practices into our core infrastructure.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, product management, or technical strategy, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep understanding of the technological landscape expected in 2026, including AI, ML, and Edge Computing.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex technical projects on time.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data and market trends into clear strategic directives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to diverse audiences.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
- Demonstrated experience in building scalable, resilient technical architectures.
