As the bridge between executive vision and technical execution, you will be responsible for identifying high-impact opportunities and steering our R&D initiatives toward a future-ready state.
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Create and oversee a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with business goals, focusing on AI, Quantum Computing, and next-gen cloud architectures.
- Trend Analysis & Forecasting: Monitor global tech trends to predict industry shifts 2-5 years out, positioning Apex Horizon Group as a market leader.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Communicate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for long-term strategic initiatives.
- Innovation Management: Lead the evaluation and pilot of emerging technologies, ensuring our infrastructure is future-proof.
- Operational Excellence: Optimize internal processes by integrating advanced digital tools and automation strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or Executive Consulting with a focus on enterprise transformation.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of defining successful long-term roadmaps (3-5 year horizon) for major tech transitions.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of AI, SaaS ecosystems, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior leadership.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
