Responsibilities
- Architect technology roadmaps for 2026+ including quantum integration, AI governance frameworks, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives exploring next-gen interfaces (neural, holographic, AR/VR)
- Develop ethical guidelines for autonomous systems and quantum-secure infrastructure
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to future-proof their digital ecosystems
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and international technology councils
- Manage $50M+ innovation budgets for emerging technology incubation
- Author white papers on 2026 technology trends and their societal impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology leadership with 5+ years in future-tech forecasting
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or biotechnology convergence
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals (Nature, IEEE, etc.)
- Experience scaling technology startups to $100M+ valuation
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies preferred
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or German for global stakeholder management
- Certification in Quantum Computing Architecture (IBM/Qiskit or equivalent)
- Portfolio of implemented future-tech initiatives with measurable ROI
