Responsibilities
- Design, train, and fine-tune state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) tailored for enterprise use cases.
- Architect Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to enhance model accuracy and reduce hallucinations.
- Develop and optimize autonomous AI agents capable of multi-step reasoning and task execution.
- Implement rigorous MLOps practices for continuous model training, deployment, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into AI technical specifications.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Deep Learning, NLP, or Generative AI.
- Expert proficiency in Python and strong command of PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and fine-tuning strategies.
- Experience deploying models via Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
