Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological trends (2026+) and synthesize predictive insights into enterprise strategy frameworks
- Develop scenario-planning models for disruptive technologies including AGI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops with Fortune 500 CTOs to align innovation roadmaps with market realities
- Author whitepapers on ethical AI governance and sustainable tech adoption for industry thought leadership
- Build quantitative forecasting models using proprietary datasets to predict technology adoption curves
- Advolve startup ecosystems through Horizon's innovation accelerator program
- Represent the company at global tech summits (Web Summit, CES, etc.)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, futurism, or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 exposure
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Expertise in predictive analytics, scenario planning, and trend synthesis methodologies
- Proven track record advising C-suite on emerging technology adoption cycles
- Deep technical understanding of AI/ML, quantum computing, and decentralized systems
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive and technical audiences
- Experience with foresight frameworks (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, etc.)
