As a key member of our Global Innovation Council, you'll interface with C-suite executives, research partners, and industry disruptors to translate foresight into actionable strategies. Your work will directly influence product development, investment decisions, and organizational transformation in a rapidly evolving technological landscape.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for technologies impacting 2026 (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology adoption and innovation pipelines
- Facilitate executive workshops on scenario planning and futures forecasting
- Author thought leadership publications on disruptive technologies
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and domain experts
- Translate complex technological concepts into business opportunities
- Advise R&D teams on emerging technology integration
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory changes affecting innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or foresight role
- Proven track record of publishing trend forecasts with measurable impact
- Expertise in scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging tech ecosystems (AI, Web3, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive and technical audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation initiatives
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology commercialization
