Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Develop strategic roadmaps for quantum computing integration across enterprise systems
- Architect human-AI collaboration frameworks for next-gen productivity tools
- Drive ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous decision systems
- Lead cross-functional R&D sprints on bio-digital interfaces and neural tech
- Present future-vision briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Pioneer patent development in synthetic consciousness and predictive analytics
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology R&D with 5+ years in strategic foresight roles
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or Futurology
- Published research in quantum computing or neuro-technology (IEEE/Nature)
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and regulatory compliance (GDPR/CCPA)
- Proven track record launching products with 3+ year development cycles
- Experience with DARPA/NIH grant applications and defense innovation
- Proficiency in strategic scenario planning using Delphi/Panels methods
