Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy next-gen AI/ML frameworks for predictive analytics and autonomous systems

- Collaborate with biotech and climate science teams to develop predictive modeling solutions
- Mentor junior researchers while establishing industry best practices for ethical AI deployment

- Present findings at global tech summits and publish in top-tier scientific journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum algorithms, quantum machine learning, and error correction
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent peer-reviewed publications
- Fluency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit) and AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Experience leading cross-continental R&D teams with distributed development workflows
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation principles
- Portfolio demonstrating commercialization of at least two patented technologies
