Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies for 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and circular economy principles
- Collaborate with R&D and product teams to prototype future-ready solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Build and manage a network of futurists and industry thought leaders
- Author whitepapers and frameworks guiding long-term innovation strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurism
- Proven track record in developing and implementing 5+ year strategic plans
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, clean energy)
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Strategic Management, or related field
- Exceptional data visualization and narrative communication skills
- Certification in Futures Studies (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and systemic modeling tools
