- Design ethical guidelines for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Collaborate with R&D teams on prototype validation
- Present findings to C-suite and venture partners
- Establish KPIs for measuring future-readiness
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging tech forecasting methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published research on AI ethics or sustainable technology
- Experience with Delphi methods and trend analysis frameworks
- Proficiency in Foresight Pro or similar modeling software
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-shaping projects
