Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for future market opportunities
- Author thought leadership reports on disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Partner with C-suite to integrate future-proofing into annual business planning cycles
- Curate and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Design immersive foresight workshops for stakeholders to build organizational alignment
- Monitor geopolitical and socio-economic indicators to anticipate systemic risks and opportunities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or equivalent
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and trend forecasting frameworks
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology journals preferred
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
