Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic foresight initiatives targeting 2026 technological and societal inflection points
- Lead cross-functional teams to translate future scenarios into actionable product roadmaps and investment priorities
- Establish proprietary horizon scanning methodologies to identify disruptive signals across 15+ emerging domains
- Design simulation models quantifying impact of exponential technologies on Fortune 500 business models
- Deliver executive-level briefings to C-suite stakeholders and board members on future risk/opportunity landscapes
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and academic pioneers for collaborative innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology strategy with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record developing and implementing 5+ year future scenario frameworks for complex organizations
- Expertise in exponential technology domains: AGI, synthetic biology, quantum computing, and neuro interfaces
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications (Harvard Business Review, MIT Tech Review)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or relevant technological discipline (PhD preferred)
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools: Delphi methodology, cross-impact matrix analysis, and agent-based modeling
- Exceptional communication skills distilling complex futures into compelling executive narratives
