Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps across AI, quantum computing, and biotech sectors
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives on disruptive market shifts
- Author high-impact whitepapers on emerging technologies with 3+ year adoption horizons
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions aligned with future market needs
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Present strategic insights at international conferences and board meetings
- Drive cross-functional innovation sprints to accelerate future-readiness initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum applications, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent field
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals or industry thought leadership platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to inspire cross-functional stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ successful future-strategy implementations
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, Foresight Practitioner)
