Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into product roadmaps
- Build and maintain a network of industry pioneers, researchers, and thought leaders
- Translate complex future scenarios into clear narratives for stakeholders and investors
- Monitor emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their commercial implications
- Author quarterly horizon scanning reports and innovation briefings
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Future Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, academic institutions)
- Track record of translating foresight into successful commercial strategies
- Experience with futures research tools (Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
